The Process

Scan, understand, plan, then measure everything

Four steps, in the same order, every time. Here is what each one actually involves.

Step one: scan the site

We start with a fast read of ten pages, the ones that carry the site. It comes back with a plain, graded verdict on what the site is standing on. No score and no jargon, just what was looked at, what was found, and what already passes.

Step two: dig deeper

Then the whole site, every page, scored against all seven areas. Each finding is marked by how serious it is, alongside the strengths already in place. Objective, checkable, and comparable against the same standard.

Step three: build the plan

The review points to the work; the roadmap orders it, foundation first. Each step pairs what is there now with what done looks like, so you can tell when each one is finished. Yours to keep, whether we do the work or your team does.

Step four: measure against the goals

We capture a baseline before anything changes, then measure against what the site exists to produce, month after month. The payoff shows over months, not days, and the measurement proves it.
