1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of toposeo.com (“Site”) and your purchase of products and services from Adam Nutting DBA TopoSEO (“we”, “us”). By using the Site or buying from us, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

3. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract to purchase. If you buy on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.
4. Products
We sell WordPress plugins and related tools, in free and paid (“Pro”) editions. Product descriptions, features and prices are shown on the Site and may change over time. Paid editions are sold as one-time purchases with lifetime updates and no recurring subscription, unless a product page states otherwise.
5. Purchases, pricing and taxes
- Purchases are processed by Freemius, Inc., which acts as our Merchant of Record and reseller. Your purchase is also subject to Freemius’s checkout terms shown at the time of payment.
- Prices are in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) are calculated and collected by Freemius.
- A license key and receipt are issued on successful payment.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Freemius under the refund policy shown at checkout. If you are not satisfied, contact [email protected] and we will help process an eligible refund through Freemius.
7. Software license
Your use of any plugin you obtain from us is governed by our End User License Agreement (EULA) at toposeo.com/eula, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In short: the plugin code is licensed under the GPL v2 or later, while your license key, updates and support are the commercial services covered by the EULA.
8. Acceptable use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempting to breach security, scrape at scale, disrupt service, resell access, or use the Site in violation of law. We may suspend access for misuse.
9. Intellectual property
The TopoSEO name, logo, branding, Site content and design are our property or used under license, and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our branding. (Plugin code is separately licensed under the GPL, as described in the EULA.)
10. Third-party services
Our products and Site rely on third parties, including Freemius (payments, licensing) and, for certain AI features, AI providers you connect with your own API key. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy at toposeo.com/privacy-policy.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adam Nutting DBA TopoSEO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect when posted at toposeo.com. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Springfield, Illinois will have exclusive jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.
